A description of each of these packages follows:
Basic Bookkeeping Package – Setup* $65 and $95 per month
Up to 50 entries per month
Includes:
Bank Reconciliation
- Quarterly BAS
- Monthly Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet
- Payables & Receivables Reports inc Ageing
- Liaison with your Accountant
Assumptions:
- No Payroll
- Uses Bank statement data for purchases
- Includes sales summary data only
- No job data entry
- No Inventory
Advanced Package – Setup* $100 and $140 per month
Up to 100 entries per month
All other inclusions and assumptions the same as Basic Package.
Payroll Package – $75 per month
Payroll for up to 5 employees per month
Calculation of Fortnightly Wages
- Payslips
- Leave Accruals – Personal, Annual, Long Service Leave etc
- Includes an ABA file to upload into your bank account
- Calculate & Reconcile PAYG for BAS – quarterly
- Balance & reconcile Superannuation Liabilities – quarterly
- Balance Payroll & PAYG to ATO returns – annually
- Group Certificates and Employer Annual Payroll Summaries
NOTE:Above packages are for running software locally and do not include any Third Party Charges for online access.
Additional Services (rates to be negotiated)
- Inventory Management (additional setup if manual)

Additional Purchase & Sales entries >10% for any package is charged at $65 per hour or can be negotiated into a monthly rate
